Instra Ingenieros participates as one of the moderators in a discussion tables at the BioEconomic Conference, next July the 2nd of 2018.
The day will be held at the COAG, Colegio oficial de Arquitectos de Galicia, A Coruña, and will be titled "The BIM methodology applied to BREEAM®".
During this day, topics related to the sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings will be discussed, as well as the use of technologies and methodologies that BIM (Building Information Modeling) can contribute to this type of certification.
On the part of Instra engineers, Pablo Márquez director of the Architecture area of Instra Ingenieros, will participate as senior architect and BREEAM consultant. The Area of Architecture of Instra its being applying, for several years, BIM methodology and 3D design technology, in most of its industrial and tertiary projects. It has got also an extensive experience in BREEAM certification, sustainable construction and zero emission buildings.
