The project was proposed by INSTRA within the Working Group Blue Energy at the Blue Growth Plan of the port of Vigo and presenting in the Green Energy Port 2017 .
Its pretended to change energy model and internal mobility of the Cíes Islands with the objective to reduce by more than 90% of CO2 emissions from electricity generation and internal mobility, using to this end the intensive use of the information technologies (expert systems and artificial intelligence)and renewable generation systems integrated into a Smart Grid and reconciled with a natural park environment.
